Football Ends Homestand Against Charleston Southern

KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State Football ends its four-game home stand Saturday, Oct. 29 with a matchup against Charleston Southern. The Owls lead the series 4-2 over the Bucs with kick-off scheduled for 1 p.m. at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.

The teams have not met since the spring 2021 season, which saw Kennesaw State claim a 24-19 win at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. A free pre-game tailgate is back for Owl fans of all ages 2.5 hoursbefore kick-off. Live bands, complimentary food from JD’s BBQ, sponsored tents and more will expand George Busbee Parkway to add to the game day atmosphere.

Access to premium seating

A new premium entrance is available to all Lodge, Interior and Concourse Suite owners. The entrance will be available at the Georgia Natural Gas Gate and is located in the far left lane for easy access to the stadium.

Shirt time

Complimentary t-shirts courtesy of Fifth Third Bank will be distributed at the Georgia Natural Gas Gate on the west side of the stadium while supplies last. The gates open one hour before kick-off.

KSU Athletics continues its partnership with Mission 1:27 Adventure Centers in Walton Communities. The Adventure Centers offer after-school enrichment and summer camp programs for K-5 students. class in select residential communities in Walton. In order to provide a safer environment, enhance the fan experience, and greatly expedite entry into Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the State of Kennesaw adheres to a clear bag policy. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or 1 gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bags or similar) are permitted in the stadium. Individuals may also bring a small purse carry with you, no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap. All clear bags and clutch purses will be inspected before entering the venue. All bags and purses not meeting the above requirements are not permitted.Although permitted, children’s items, including diapers, must also be carried in an approved clear bag.Medical bags are permitted and must be brought in through the Georgia Natural Gas Gate to be inspected.
