Community Solutions Program 2023-2024 – U.S. Embassy in Lebanon

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a professional leadership development program for people working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender. Church leaders are selected to participate in the program, which includes:

  • Four-month fellowship in the United States: Community Solutions grantees are matched with host organizations in the United States, where they complete four months of hands-on work experience
  • Community Leadership Institutes: Community Solutions grantees participate in the Community Leadership Institute, a leadership training program designed to strengthen their leadership and management skills. The institute includes classroom training, online courses, professional coaching and networking
  • Community-based initiatives: During their stay in the United States, and with support from their US host organization, Community Solutions grantees conceptualize and plan a community development initiative or project to undertake upon their return home.
