Motor vehicle accidents caused by drivers who fail to yield when turning is a problem that has increased in recent years. There are many factors that contribute to this problem such as: B. distracted driving and increased traffic on the roads.

One of the biggest factors in accidents caused by drivers who don’t yield when turning is distracted driving. With the increasing use of cell phones and other electronic devices, more and more drivers are becoming distracted at the wheel. This distraction can result in a driver not realizing the need to avoid oncoming traffic, which can lead to an accident.

In some cases, drivers may not be aware of the law or believe it applies to them. In other cases, they may be in a hurry and don’t want to take the time to give in.

Another factor contributing to this problem is the increased traffic on the roads. The more cars there are on the road, the greater the likelihood that someone will not yield when turning and a collision will occur.

Failure by drivers to avoid other vehicles can result in serious accidents resulting in significant injury to those involved.
